10 Pounds in 10 Days diet


Breakfast: 1 serving of protein shake
            -3 hours later
Mid Morning: 1 protein bar or 1 serving of protein shake
            -3 hours later
Lunch: 5 oz. of any protein, 1 ½ cups of any vegetable
-       3 hours later
BEFORE WORKOUT: 1 serving of protein drink
            - 3 hours later
AFTER WORKOUT: Dinner: 5 oz. of any protein and 1 ½ cups of any vegetable

·          you must drink ¾ gallon of DISTILLED water with a twist of lemon or grapefruit
·          you must do 45 minutes of cardio every day

Ideas for 5 oz. proten: Chicken Breast, Turkey Slices, Salmon, Egg Whites and Tuna. 

Protein Drink:
Lean Dessert protein shake is a good option. You can find it at any GNC or healt store that sells BSN products. It comes in a variety of delicious flavors. Put one scoop with about 5 ounces of water, which is considered 1 serving, into a shaker and enjoy. 

Remeber: 
No vegetable dip with your vegetables. They need to be raw or steamed with nothing else.

The point of this diet is to have as little of salt and processed food as possible in order to lean you body up while still consuming carbohydrates and natural sugars. Eating every three hours is the goal in order to keep you metabolism running.

Obviously you can do your workout at any time of the day just be sure to STAY HYDRATED or you will have no energy.
